Work on your flexibility, tone the whole body and learn a new skill while having fun! The first part of class will consist of stretching and toning using the aerial hammock. The last part of class will consist of learning cool skills/tricks in the hammock. Int/Adv level is at 7pm. Beginner level is at 7:45pm.
