As a studio that teaches students between 2 years and 18 years in age, we strive to create an environment that is both comfortable, appropriate, and welcoming for all. We ask for your help in implementing these guidelines:

  • Language - Foul or inappropriate language of any kind should not be used within our waiting room. This includes, swears, abbreviations of swears, slang for swears, or slurs. Parents choosing to use such language will be asked to leave our waiting room.

  • Topics of Discussion - Topics of discussion amongst parents should be appropriate for children of all ages at all times. Any topics of adult nature should be discussed outside of the studio.

  • Volume - For the comfort of all in the waiting room and for the students and teachers in class, volume should be kept to a minimum. Sound travels very easily within the studio, meaning discussions can be heard anywhere including the office and classrooms. Please remember to use your inside voices.

Please keep in mind that the above guidelines will be strictly enforced. Waiting rooms will be monitored by a closed circuit camera to help maintain appropriate waiting room conduct from all. Those who choose not to follow them will be asked to leave the waiting room until their child’s classes have ended for the night. We hope that you will help L.A. Dance in creating a waiting room environment for everyone to enjoy!
